Our Carpet Heating Kit is an ultra-thin underfloor heating mat for carpeted rooms. It is a made-to-measure system which comprises: a 12mm insulation layer, the ultra-thin (0.3mm) Heating Mat and programmable thermostat with floor sensor probe. Carpet Heating Kit MUST be covered with a thin timber board before the carpet is fitted - typically a low-cost laminate is suitable. The combined tog value of the carpet and underlay must be less than two. The lower the tog value the better.
