Bathroom Floor Heating Mat Kit is a 500mm wide 120 Watt per square metre self adhesive underfloor heating mat. The Kit also contains the floor thermostat and floor probe.
Bathroom Floor Heating Mat Kit is only suitable for fitting under Tiled, Stone, Slate and similar floor finishes.
Bathroom Floor Heating Mat Kit is suitable for use on timber and concrete floors. It is fast to fit into square and rectangular rooms but can be shaped to fit more complex room shapes.

This will give you a mat smaller than your floor - typically 80 - 90% floor coverage. If in doubt about which mat size to choose, draw a layout plan to make sure the mat will fit - leave a 100mm boarder at the edges if you do this drawing.
