Product Description
Conservatory Heating Mat Kit is a 500mm wide 175 Watt per square metre self adhesive underfloor heating mat. The Kit also contains the floor thermostat and floor probe.
Conservatory Heating Mat Kit is only suitable for fitting under Tiled, Stone, Slate and similar floor finishes.

Conservatory Heating Mat Kit is suitable for use on concrete floors and Marmox floor insulation. It is fast to fit into square and rectangular rooms but can be shaped to fit more complex room shapes. It is available in 21 different sizes to suit rooms from 4.74 square metres to 26.0 square metres in area.

This will give you a mat smaller than your floor - typically 80 - 95% floor coverage. If in doubt about which mat size to choose, draw a layout plan to make sure the mat will fit - leave a 100mm border at the edges if you do this drawing. (eg 10.21 - 11.25 sq m Details: (1700W, 0.50m x 19.40m, 9.70 sq m) is a 9.7 sq m mat and is typically fitted in floor areas between 10.21 and 11.25 sq m).
