How much does it cost?
As standard we include next working day delivery free to all UK mainland addresses (excluding Northern Ireland, Channel Islands & Eire). Delivery outside the mainland UK may be arranged by prior agreement. You will be notified of the amount of the charge for this service and will at that point have to make a decision whether you wish to proceed with your order.

How long does it take?
Items ordered before 3.00 pm on any business day (Monday - Friday) excluding Bank Holidays should be delivered next business day (excluding Saturday), anytime up to 5.30 pm (assuming that the item is in stock). The standard delivery charge does not guarantee next day delivery; however every effort is made by us & the couriers to achieve this goal.
Orders taken on Friday after 3.00 pm, Saturday or Sunday will be dispatched on Monday (excluding Bank Holidays) for delivery on Tuesday. Orders taken on Friday before 3.00 pm will be dispatched on Friday for delivery on Monday (excluding Bank Holidays).
However, Floor Heating Online relies upon the services of third party couriers, and whilst we endeavour to always deliver in a timely manner there are unfortunately a few occasions when the couriers fail to deliver on the appointed day. This happens rarely, but because it does occur, albeit occasionally, we cannot be held responsible for the late delivery of an item.
Who do we use?
Orders addressed within the UK mainland, Northern Ireland and offshore islands are sent by APC Direct Logistics. You can choose any convenient delivery address, but you must arrange for someone to be present to receive and sign for the package on the expected delivery date.
If a parcel cannot be delivered, (e.g. no-one at home), a card will be left by APC. You must then call APC to arrange a suitable time for re-delivery. APC will only attempt one re-delivery, thereafter you will be required to collect your parcel from the collection depot within 5 days. If your parcel is not collected within 5 days it will be returned to Floor Heating Online. Your credit / debit card will be credited your original total cost less £15.00 which is the full cost of delivery to you, plus return delivery charges back to Floor Heating Online.
How to Track your parcel
Once you have placed your order, you will receive an email confirmation that the order is being processed. If you would like to check the progress of your delivery, you can email us stating your name, email address and order number from your invoice to customerservices@floorheatingonline.com, we will then email you back with your APC delivery details. Over 90% of our orders are delivered within 2 working days. We may need to give APC your telephone number in case they need to contact you regarding the delivery.
What to do if there is a problem with the delivery
If the parcel does not arrive when you expect it then please don't hesitate to give us a call on 0845 644 8057. We will contact APC and call you back to let you know what's happening. If the goods are damaged upon receipt please call us on 0845 644 8057 or email customerservices@floorheatingonline.com within 7 days of delivery.
